One of the things that sets ac69 from other platforms is our transparency in sharing members' winning records. These are not just figures that look impressive on screen — every record you see here represents a real win that has already been paid out to the respective member's bank account or e-wallet.
Many people still wonder whether online platforms genuinely pay out their players' winnings. At ac69, we understand that concern — which is exactly why we openly publish our win records. Every month, tens of thousands of members from across Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Penang, Sabah, and Sarawak to smaller towns — successfully withdraw their winnings through the wide range of payment methods supported by ac69.
Withdrawals at ac69 are designed to be fast and hassle-free. Most withdrawal requests are processed in under five minutes, with funds sent directly to your TNG eWallet, MAE, Boost, or any local bank account of your choice. No unreasonable delays, no hidden conditions that suddenly appear when you want to cash out — everything is transparent from start to finish.
Whether you win RM200 from free spins or RM50,000 from a progressive jackpot, the withdrawal process is the same: fast, secure, and completely reliable.
